Full Version: How to Get System Information for Diagnostics and Troubleshooting

For us to help diagnose and troubleshoot your computer problem, please post system information.

System Information files contain all the information about the hardware and software of your computer. We request
System Information to help us diagnose and troubleshoot problems with a software application and hardware faults. 

To open msinfo32:
  1. On the keyboard, hold down the WINDOWS key and press R.
  2. In the Run box, type MSINFO32 and then click OK.
  3. In the System Information window, click the File menu and then Export.
  4. Choose where to save the file and enter a file name, and then click Save.
  5. Attach the NFO file to out technical support forum.
