So, in terms of clients is SBS or Exchange server in more use? I think Exchange still is. I'm restarting my business in a new area and just need to find out which is more ubiquitous? Has SBS been in much use?

Windows Small Business Server has changed to Windows Server Essentials that is widely used in small businesses "where I am from" and does not include Exchange...
