I got this error yesterday and I have not been able to clear it. It is a Dell tower with windows 10 pro version 1809, with 8gb of ram, and a 1 tb mechanical hard drive. The only thing I remember adding lately is the CloudBerry remote assistant although I have not tried it I did install it. I am not able to get into safe mode no matter what I try. It starts windows but quickly stops with that subject error even on the way to safe mode. I don't know what else to try other than doing a reset but I don't want to lose my programs. I would appreciate any help I could get.
I'm sure I set a restore point, but the recovery media does not find it. Thanks. Jeff

Yes. With the error on it I mentioned in my first post. I have not had any luck fixing this at all. Since this is an old machine I'm thinking about replacing it. Thanks.
