I recently updated Windows 10 from 1803 to 1809, when I go to Windows Defender, everytime when I click "Check for updates" it doesn't check for updates or it doesn't says "Up to date", etc, any ideas?

What do you expect to happen if its already updated?

what is today's date  is 3/26/19  which means its updated
