Cheers I am sure people dont follow the tutorials or what we say to the letter.
I am all for helping people but some people are hard work and its real hard to explain what to do. Why? because they dont know the first thing about computers and there trying to save money by fixing it them selfs. Some things should be left to tech guys like us.

Hi,
I fully agree with all the points you make Brian. We know that If we had that machine in front of us it would be fixed in a jiffy, so it can get frustrating when you are advising people from a million miles away and you know that your advice is not being followed precisely.
Cheers,
