click on the file to install, just click on through the buttons, the last button is the FINISH button and pressing this runs the utility for you and will provide

you with your lost password.

People are trying to help you hannah21, but have you actually tried the links provided for you,downloaded the  "mailpassview utility", installed and run it on your computer?

Only you can do this, no one else can, we can only advise and guide you. Using this utility will give you your E-mail password.

Alternatively, have you tried going to the E-mail log-in page at Yahoo.com and clicking on the "I cannot access my Account" button and following the the instructions for lost

passwords? Again only you can do this, no one else can so give that a try.
