Britec,

Really enjoy your Youtube tutorials; very helpful.

2 quick questions about increasing security when surfing the web:

1- what do you think of browsing with a LUA (limited used account)?
is it worthwhile for the average home pc user?

and 2- would you recommend disabling/removing Java, as mentioned
in another post in this section?

Thanks!

I would use Firefox with these addons

FlashBlock, NoScript, AdBlock Plus, WOT, InvisibleHand, TinEye,

Hope this helps you out.

Some software like Avast Internet Security have add on that protect browsers... although I find them a bit irritating sometimes. So you people really install all those add ons for Firefox?? I mean do we really need all those addons to actually have security?  Cry

 Azn majestic,
yes all those things are very important you can't be too careful even here there are people that try to lure people to unsafe places with moody links some very sick people out there you know, but they will get banned so don't worry the moderators are keeping an eye out for this pathetic type of behaviour.
Take care
