Pen Drive Password Protection

Dose anyone here know of a pen drive password protection software that i could get to protect my pen drive

what is need

is when i put the ped drive into a computer it will ask for a password before it showes the files on the pend drive if i get it  right

if i get it wrong the pend drive will close
