To solve this issue, try the following steps:1. Open the
Start orb and type
regedit. Press
Enter.
2. Click
Continue if given the UAC prompt.
3. Click the plus sign next to
HKEY_CURRENT_USERthen
Softwarethen
Microsoftthen
Internet Explorer4. Right-click on the folder that says
Main and select
New >
DWORD Value.
5. Give the value a name of
RunOnceComplete. Give it a value of
1.
6. Right-click
Main again and select
New >
DWORD Value. Give the value a name of
RunOnceHasShown. Give it a value of
1.
Now restart your computer and then give IE another try.
