I have been having problems viewing images on a particular website (smartsheet.com) on all browsers (Firefox, IE8 & 9 and Google Chrome) last 3 days. The webpage is basically like excel with a main white sheet for your workings and the tool bars on the left in this case. My problem is the page loads but the icons in the tool bar is missing or misplaced. For example, when I hover the mouse over the save button it says save but there is no image of save??? I have to keep hovering over my left tab blindly till the text tells me what button it is. In other words the background images for the tabs is not loading (images seem to be coming from a third party site 'cloudnet') don't no where the issue really exists.

Steps I have taken to resolve the problem but did not help:

1. Uninstalled all browsers and reinstalled them.
2. Reinstalled adobe flash player and Java.
3. Cleaned my cache, temp files and flushed by DNS server settings using complete internet repair software and CCleaner.
4. Checked for malware and virus using malwarebytes and comodo antivirus.

I initially thought the problem was with the website but it seems to be working fine on my colleagues computer. I really need this to work as I have a deadline to keep up with. Can you help please?

I wish I could post an image up here but I find the attachment allows only 128kb and I don't know how to compress the image so small without losing clarity of the image. Also I could not insert an image as indicated in the icon above. Is there something I am not doing properly? any help on this also is appreciated?

Regards
Shawn

I managed to resolve the issue by setting up a static ip and configuring my DNS server manually. That did the trick..
