How to:To turn on the inline
AutoComplete feature for Web addresses, follow these steps in
Internet Explorer:
1. On the
Tools menu, click
Internet Options.
2. Click the
Advanced tab.
3. Under
Browsing, click the
Use inline AutoComplete for Web addresses check box, and then click OK.
The AutoComplete feature does not work in Windows Internet Explorer 7 1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2. In Registry Editor, locate and then click the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
3. In the details pane, double-click FormSuggest.
4. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
