Hi,

I came acros a situation whne a PC is infected by several viruses. I booted from a clean bootable media with built in six different scanners and removed almost 30 odd infection. Internet was not working even after that. So I scanned it with Malwarebyte, it also removed 30 more infections. But internet is still not working. Is there anyway we can remove this infection (which is still there) and is causing internet not to work (other than backup and clean install of windows)?

Do a scan with malwarebytes and superantispyware untill they both come up clean then do a scan with gmer make sure theres no rootkits.
if internet is not working try using winsockfix. see if that fixs your internet. once internet is working do a onlinescan with Nod32

winsockxpfix.exe
