        I play most of the games online Like COD, NFS etc. . I just want to know that how can I decrease my ping. Sometime my ping is 150 and sometime it's 200+ .  And on all the servers my ping is different e.g. In 1 server my ping is 152 and on other 171, 178 etc.
Is there any way to decrease ping.  Huh?   Embarrassed

It will depend on the server your playing on and what connection you have, you can do tweaking in game, but not sure this will lower it by much.

I play Counter Strike 1.6 too and sometimes the ping gets you annoyed..but you have to make sure you not downloading anything during the gameplay and also one thing you can do is go to this site http://www.gametracker.com/servers/ and just choose the game you playing and change the location to a one that is closer to you....by distance and then just copy the IP address and connect

Well counter strike you can tweak the config file and in console settings for your connection.
a lot of games have a console where you can tweak settings and also tweak settings in game.
