computer can't see the server.

I have a trial version of MS SBS and am having an issue with a client computer.  Someone has Vista Home and it appears that she cannot access any files on the SBS Server.  However the SBS Server can access her files.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Is there a solution for it.  Could it be Vista Home?  TIA.
