First Check your cable for any damage. Usually, the most common cable to go bad is the short cable coming from the router to the computer. If the cable is ok... try rebooting your router by either turning off the power or unplugging it for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. If that doesn't work, Contact your ISP and see what they suggest... You can reset the TCP/IP Stack (Winsock) this way. 1. Open Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator. 2. At the command prompt type commands below and press Enter. 3.
