Sorry if this been asked already but is it possible to do a reinstall of Windows 10 from the ISO image at https://windowsmatters.com/2015/12/29/gandalfs-win10pe-x64-version-12-29-2015/? TIA.

I don't think so as it's essentially a repair disc, but I've never used it.

Gandalf's PE is just a Live CD so you can't install Windows
