Going from 4gb of ram to 16gb - smirk24 - 12-11-2018
Right now my hp compaq 6300 pro sff has 4 gb of ram but i have 3 more 4gig sticks coming and i was wondering if there was a specific way i should do the upgrade of the ram. Like:
1. Install a stick at a time
2. Reinstall windows after the sticks have been.
installed.
3. Just install the ram and hope the re activation.
goes smooth lol
4. Or what ever you guys suggest

just install all the ram at once and you should be fine
windows activation will be ok
