MS 10 Outlook will not change default font/size from default setting - Philip - 02-16-2019
Hello,
As my title suggests I'm having problems getting my MS Outlook (Windows 10 OS version 1809) to change font/size settings for all options. ie.. New Mail, Reply, Forward ect
I've gone to the Outlook settings in the options and attempted to reset the fonts clicking on the appropriate OK buttons. When returning to the outlook 'new mail' to write a new mail the fonts have changed to the new settings, but as soon as I close Outlook and re-open it, I'm back to ground zero - all changes are lost. I would greatly appreciate help with this annoying problem.

try creating a new outlook profile https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-an-outlook-profile-f544c1ba-3352-4b3b-be0b-8d42a540459d
