Tim, I'm not getting a detection here. Probably I'm still not getting the most recent definitions for Windows Defender in my location.

These are my definitions, can you post me yours please? If yours are more recent i can use the info to report the FP to Microsoft.

It was on a customers computer which I do not have anymore. The detection came right after a large Windows 10 update install. Perhaps this was just a fluke thing.

Using the portable version, the Windows options sfc...etc has no alternative text on mouse over. Is this by design?

Yes, on both normal and portable versions (I didn't found it necessary to add a description those those commands and tools).
