  4. select on 7- zip
  5. select extract  files
  6. select ok
  7. select on memtest86 usb folder  
  8. insert a flash drive into computer
  9. select on imageusb
  10. select on the flash drive
  11. select write
  12. select yes
  13. select yes
  14. after its completed boot to the flash drive test memory
