big problem when updating windows 10
#11
Your asking so many questions in one post and its getting confusing

Quote:4.how can i change 10 pro to home ?

5.if i format will my windows store apps remains to work or to install or removed from account ?
6.do you have a video on how to install windows via gimagex or dism ?
7.i don't want to format
8.i think my only option is format
9.i have genuineticket.xml and my user profile of my microsoft account

Questions 7 & 8

I don't want to format?

I think my only option is format?

So to clear this up do you have questions you want to be answered or do you need help with something?

If you have a number of questions please make a new post with the title saying for example: how can I change 10 pro to home

We can then answer that question and then you create another post with another question

The same goes for a technical help, if you need help with something please keep it to one problem at a time and make a post with example: how to install windows via gimagex
we can then solve that problem and move on to another one in a different post.
Because your asking loads of different things in one post.

What is it your trying to do? why go through all the trouble to use GimageX? there is a lot more easier ways to do it.

Have you tried a repair install?

houss when asking a question if you can be clear as possible it would  help us from asking 100 questions

just to from point A to B

its sounds like you are pretty new to the technical  side of the computer and you are trying install windows using gimagex

start with baby steps first, learn  how to install using a flash drive first

Here is something to try...

#1. Turn on your PC and when you see the blue Window, turn off the main power of your power supply or pull the power cord from the PC (repeat 4 times)

#2. On the 4rth power up, the computer will go into Automatic Repair Mode and will say Diagnosing Your PC -> (wait for a blue screen to come up)

#3. Select Advance Options -> (wait for next screen)

#4. Select Troubleshoot -> (wait for next screen)

#5. Select Advance Options -> (wait for next screen)

#6. Select Startup Settings -> (wait for next screen)

#7. Click on the Restart button -> (computer will reboot to another blue screen)

#8. Select #5 on this screen and your computer will then reboot and be in Safe Mode With Networking.

*** You will then be able to follow Brians Video on doing a repair install ***

Hope this helps....
