I get KERNEL_Security_failure , other times I boot from my recovery USB DRIve, click on refresh it says please wait then I get 
windows has encountered an error and will need to restart . If only manufacturers gave you installation media when shipping computers as I think a format hard drive and install windows....but as I don't have that option , a, a little ...worried that I've broken my PC
