2. You tried to install with the recovery disc and received BSOD KERNEL_Security_failure correct?
3. Make sure the drive you are install Windows to is completely wipe clean with no partitions left on that drive. Then try and install Windows 8.1 again using recovery disc.
4. If the install fails again and it gives you blue screen of death again after a clean install of Windows 8.1, it means the Blue Screen Error is hardware related.
5. If you manage to get Windows 8.1 install, you might want to check if its possible to upgrade to Windows 10 now that you have changed your hardware ie: CPU check there terms and conditions to receive free upgrade to windows 10.

Thanks for your reply , yes I do have a recovery disc sent to me by Zoostorm , have used the HBCD tools with the western digital tools and have performed a five minute scan and a complete surface scan in my green western digital 2TB hard drive , and no bad sectors were found on that hard drive .
However even with the recovery disc it still displays the blue screen upon the computer reset options on the recovery drive .

I have ran CHKDSK and it shows errors in the file system , I run chkdsk /f and it states it cannot run chkdsk on this volume because it's write protected .

Another error I have had is on trying to repair ...operating system couldn't be loaded because there are errors
File:\windows \system32\config\system
Error code : 0xc000000f
I tried running the recovery , and to reset the computer yesterday it got to 45% then crashed with the blue screen....
