I agree with Compton, lets wipe that drive and try and Install Windows 8.1
Also that factory recovery disc Zoostorm sent you could also be corrupt in some way, but lets try it again with a clean drive.
One way you can do it is.
1. Download Minitool and format drive.
2. How to format drive with Minitool.
3. Install Windows 8.1 with Recovery Disc.
4. If you get BSOD its a strong possibility you have bad hardware.
