what is the problem getting a bosd when trying to load windows 8.1 recovery disk or USB after upgrading to windows 10

what we did so far to troubleshoot the problem



1 test the hard drive  scan and complete surface test and also check for  bad sectors both are ok

2 try loading windows 8.1 from a recovery disk or USB  getting a  bosd at 46%
