Windows 10 Product Key Activation Issue

Im to you both but , having several sleepless night worried about the cause of this error , and all efforts of mine seem to come up against same result . I decided to take my PC to the local computer repair shop which luckily is just down the road from me, upon describing my problem to him he immediately stated that it was a software not a hardware issue and was a "simple fix " I'm hoping that this is the case . He also stated that he'd had 10 cases of people with problems with windows ten in two days . But did mention that one case where a persons motherboard failed due to rolling back the PC , I'm hoping that I'm not going to be one of those cases . It's going to cost £30.00 to put my system right .... I'm hoping that's all it's going to cost .
