Its hard to repair some computer problems by forum. We rely on many things to make the repair successful, with a computer repair shop they have hands on the computer and can see errors and whats happening with the computer, which makes it easy to fix. We can only go by you're eyes and they way you relay that to us in writing. sometimes people are not always technical minded and have trouble putting it in writing on a forum.

So to be successful we need:

• Give as much information about the computer problem as possible ( with screen shots and logs ).
• What you have tried to do to fix it.
• Follow our instructions to the letter and complete what we say and relay the information back to us with screen shots if possible.
• Sometimes there is nothing we can do by forum support.
