Windows 10 Product Key Activation Issue

1. this how I would troubleshoot this problem
2. I would first test the hard drive
3. if the hard drive comes out ok
4. then I would completely format the hard drive using diskpart
5. after formating the hard drive I would load up recovery disk or USB
6. if the recovery disk or usb fail
7. then I would test the memory
8. it's on likely its the motherboard
