USB ports not working

Can't get usb ports to work, have an error 19 code in device manager intel usb root hub 3.0, on an asus motherboard p8z77-v pro thunderbolt.

Uninstall libusb-win32 restart your system

Libusb Win32 can something stop your usb ports from working

was the Usb ports working before?

installed some drivers and they have not worked since, cant remember which drivers they were now

ok you should try using system restore point to go back when the usb ports were working

Where do i find this libusb-win32 to uninstall it ?

if its not in device manager you probably  don,t have it install

did you try you going back to a system restore point?
