Fix 3 Powershell


1. Right click on Start Menu button and open Command Prompt as Administrator.

2. Once prompt box is open Type: powershell and press ENTER
3. Copy & Paste the following Command

4. Wait until it completes the command

5. Now try clicking on Taskbar, Start Menu, Cortana, did this resolve your issue?

should i be getting this?
