how i stop win8 updates

hi

just my tiny input for today

i have a win8 and when the usless update came along for 8.1 it crash my pc i search about to stop it
and found a prog that stop all the updates and tile updates my pc ok for month now no problem her what the  prog called

(  Ultimate Windows Tweaker 3 )  very useful and you can active the update back if you want to dont loose the prog wont get update back.
