Hello, I watched the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhQ3azFhPzs but I am not sure if the PC is the same issue.
I have the blue screen except my system file is "athwbx.sys"
I cannot get to my desktop at all except through SafeMode and that is a pain in itself in windows 10. (thought slightly more visually pleasing)
just to make sure I am clear. When I start up the laptop and do NOT hit any of the function keys it starts to load up windows (that dot loading) and then the sadface blue screen appears. (every time) always with the same message.
I have 0 restore points too, which is odd, but it happens I guess. I am not able to access the PC without safemode.
I have booted up in safemode currently my PC in question. It is not connected to the internet, network interface comes up with nothing.
is it still viable to uninstall the drivers via safemode? it shows I have two display adapters for this Toshiba Laptop.
any help is appreciated. Thanks.
if this was posted else where a link to how to fix it would also be appreciated and I apologize for having created a new thread.
