Hi doe the vista loading screen show at all? Is this a laptop? What happens exactly? Is it just frozen etc.....

Do you have the vista setup DVD?

If not tap F8 when booting the system, select Repair your computer, then click next and click on the bottom left of screen Repair your computer. Select next after it shows your operating system and then click Start up repair. Leave it alone and after it should restart properly. Post back if this works or not.

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit Dell Desktop 530s. 4 gigs ram. Radeon 4300/4500 graphics card and it's all powered by a 300 watt power supply. New WD 2T Black HDD.
Everything runs just fine it's just when i boot it up theres is a splash screen at the beginning that says WELCOME and there is a little blue circle that is supposed to be spinning but it does not, that is my question how can i get it to spin again or does it matter?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

If there is no problem with boot and everything else is fine don't worry about it.

Vista doesn't use a spinning circle on boot, that came about with Win 7.

My Vista has never had that spinning blue circle.

Mine used to spin, every once in great awhile it does.
All of the pc repair videos i've watched on youtube they all spin at the bootup screen so does the vista videos.
Thanks anyway,
Have a good one.
