unable uninstall free panda antivirus

i have been wating more than 10 and i got stuck during uninstaller, how do i fix it? i don't want to force restart computer

open task manger

select application

right click on panda antivirus uninstaller end task

make sure when uninstalling close all program open

succuessfully closed panda uninstaller processes and i went to download official panda uninstaller, i tried to ran it, nothing happens! did ran as administrator, nothing happens! i keep clicking it still nothing happens! i don't want to repair install! when i restart my computer, aero is gone! i tried sfc /scannow as administrator now i got stuck!

Use system restore to go back to just before you tried to get rid of panda antivirus.

Then follow this guide to remove Panda.

tried format hard drive and clean reinstall windows 7 but it has failed
did self test hard drive from the bios but hard drive needs replace
