I would like you to elaborate please

which software do you think is causing the issues and what exactly are the issues? what exactly made you open the event viewer and look for the kernel error?

please send us the details of that event log in a text file and in the meanwhile, run the System File Checker tool with elevated rights as explained at https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/kb/929833

It will scan and try to repair the missing or corrupted system files if there are any

I like to check my event viewer to see if theres any errors that need to be taken care of before a fatal error or just anything out of the ordinary has occurred on my pc, i ran into the kernel error so i googled causes of kernel error and i read some where that one of the few causes can be caused by software that has a bug which brings me to the forum.

and what was that kernel issue exactly about..? please be more precise

I am sure the details of that event will reveal a lot more and that is why I asked you to send us the details of that event log in a text file

I asked you to run the system file checker too.. Did you run it?

ok remove all the external devices

then check to see if problem is fix

if the problem is fix

connect one external device at a time then you will see which one is causing the problem

If the problem is fixed will it tell me in the event log or is there another way to tell if the problem is fixed?

it will stop showing up in the event log

if the problem is fixed

check to see how often the error is created date and time when it happen
