sfc /scannow found some corrupt files and unable to repair them

I run the sfc /scannow command and it found an corrupted files and unable to fix them....

What should i do now??

Do a repair install of Windows. In Windows 10 it would be "Refresh Your PC" option. As always back up all important data.
