Alienware Switching PSU testing

At the present there is nothing wrong with the PSU in my P2 case and I have a back-up.After watching Britec's video on PSU testing I was wondering if there is a similar way to test THIS PSU since the wiring harness disconnects at the PSU and you replace the unit itself and NOT the whole harness?In other words can you test the thing without disconnecting the motherboard fittings?Thank you

Oh and to Britec,thx for the advice on my upgrades,they are working swimmingly.

You can test the power supply the same way without the harness. Just be sure you are using the same pin out at the connection point of the power supply.
