[Image: junkware_removal_tool.png] Fix with Junkware Removal Tool

Please download JRT by Malwarebytes and save the file to your desktop.
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

  • Right-click on [Image: junkware_removal_tool.png] icon and select [Image: RunAsAdmin.jpg] Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted.
  • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
  • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

Do not forget to re-enable your previously switched off protection software!
Please also manually reboot your machine after this procedure.

The main problem is that I can't disable the Microsoft Malware protection... Anti-Malware service

ok if you have malware on your system it can stop you from doing that

That's a bit better, there was a Trojan removed the rest were simply PUPs which can cause issues but the Trojan is the biggest problem.

There is the option that it's just a False Positive it's difficult to determine at this stage.
KMSAuto Net.exe is the file in question.

You may have installed this for a server application and so it may be legit (as you have SQL files db you probably did), however, there are a few others that have been Quarantined:

DriverCure
SpeedyPC

Those two are snake oil products and will certainly do a machine harm over time. I would start off by removing those two programs completely and then seeing if any difference is made to Win Defender.
If you find either of those two programs in your list of installed programs remove with GeekUninstaller as it has native 64bit and is free (just covering the bases here). https://www.geekuninstaller.com/
