yes, i am on Administrator. i use my usb drive and download the minitool partition wizard. then i run the program. not work

You need to create PW as a bootdisc. You can't delete a partition you are currently inside.

Boot from the PW disc or USB whichever one you've created and then you can delete the partitions.

Did Download and boot to MiniTool® Partition Wizard?

This is a Bootable CD version, don't try and install MiniTool because your get access denied, boot to the Bootable CD and delete partitions that way.

yes. i did
then i to chang my BOIS ans select 1 dvd drive, save and exit.
then i am wait for booteble dvd, but again start back normaly to all apps. = not work
then i try go pc setting and advance start up, and boot fro dvd and start up = not work

3. USB DRIVE

but i got message up

Try and disable secure boot and try and boot to that cd again

ADD if not and steps 3-5 above
3) Give the new user\owner full permissions
4) check the box "Include Inheritable Permissions From This Object's Parent""
 
If the new OWNER doesn't appear on the 1st list you see after clicking the Security Tab now, use the first set of instructions to EDIT and Add a User.

Boot menu -------------disabled? Try and reset BIOS to default settings. You need to have Boot menu enabled.


Eagle is very hard to help you, because everything we ask you to don't work for some strange reason, in all my years I have never seen a simple problem be so hard to fix.

• If you can boot to anything, not sure why..but its going to be hard to help.
• You can do nothing inside machine, because it wont let you.
• You can't do nothing from Live CD
  

Not sure what you have done, but it don't sound right. If you have changed these permissions, they are easily corrected, but you say it won't let you..very strange. It don't let you format, change BIOS settings or anything.

I don't wish to sound rude Eagle, but no computer would block you out to the degree your saying. I mean its wiping a drive and its turning in to a nightmare for you and very frustrating for me because nothing I say works, which is strange. You have no Windows CD so this will be hard for you to repair the system without one.

These are you options:

• Take it to a PC Repair guy. 
• Remove drive and put it in a Docking Station and format it that way.
• Is the hard drive bad? if so replace drive.
  

Not sure what else you can do.

      After all we try everything as you tell me how to repair my pc.      
      on your last post is really challenging for me?  it did not work?    
      so, after i spend 3 days on computer and learn about this problem and i clear it.
      how? what i did, i research so many web and web video then  i figure it out, i can do this and solve my problem.

       Yes and, finally i  am able to complete the format my C: drive.
   
       i made a USB to to fresh install. i use (WinToBootic) and i am done. i watch your windows 8 Bootable USB Flash Drive.
          after i reinstall my fresh windows 8. as a Gateway default. its fresh install. then i check my C Drive, perfect work.

      so, Mr Brian i am Really very Happy.
         i like to say, Thank you very munch for your time and affords  you and your all staff.you help me a lot.
         i know you live in UK. i  live in USA. but, i Respect you.
         as far as i  know, i learn from you so many things how to solve pc problem and extra.

So how did you boot to USB? because when we ask you to boot to CD or USB you said you can't and you get access denied as I said you made hard work of a easy job.
