Try these locations:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Colors
The Start menu color StartColorMenu and AccentColorMenu DWORDs.
It can be found here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Accent
