I'm certainly no techno geek and I guess I'm a bit of a Luddite. Having recently updated to Windows 10, all was well for a while, until recently when the start menu stopped working. Turning to the ever helpful YouTube, I scanned a few posts for an answer, to no avail. That is until I happened upon your video. I worked through your instructions and low and behold, all fixed. Apart from this intro, I just wanted to say a big thanks for the help.

Britec is amazing when it comes to his tutorials: They are Clear, concise and to the point, and he always gives you a WARNING if what he does may mess up your machines. Why, just yesterday, for example, I watched a video about D7 - and I will tell you, I was watching it at LEAST twice!!  Thank You Britec for all you do You are INDEED a "computer paramedic" (I wonder if Her Majesty (Queen Elizabeth II) would consider "knighting" you - from all I see, you have helped people from all over the place  )Brian
