Hi Britec Forum,

cdiana here. Just wanted to introduce myself.  In the past few months, I have found myself getting back into repairing PCs after having being away from the industry for roughly seven years.  I discovered your videos last week and I am so "wowed" by them.  Brian, thank you a million times for your brilliance, thoughtfulness and the work and effort to help us novice out.
