My laptop came with hp installed software because it came factory, should i just wipe it and reinstall Windows on it so i dont have to worry about how hp installed the os on there?

You may a system recovery partition or recovery cd from HP, you don't have to use any of these, you could just use a original Windows cd if you really want to.

I don't think there is any need to worry about how HP installed Windows. You may however want to go in and uninstall any unnessesary programs that HP installs on new computers. You can use a tool like Decrapifier to aid you in doing this.

Oh okay, when i went into disk management theres usually the system reserved the other partition and then the c drive but on my laptop its system reserved the c drive then the other partition and seeing the partitions in that order just drive me crazy lol

Yeah that's how the GPT partitions are set up now.
