Trouble Migrating Windows 10 From Hard Drive to SSD

Hi Britec
I have trouble in Migrate OS from HDD to SSD
I used easeus partition master and every thing is normal until i start the OS in new ssd the lock screen(windows 10) appear and hide frequently .
and i cant login to windows .
when i disconnect the HDD the windows in the new SSD not appear any thing just the mouse pointer .

maybe i cant describe very well but i believe that you can help me

sounds like a driver problem can you boot into safe mode?

Are there any Windows files on the ssd?

Disconnect all drives from the computer and make sure you are booting from the ssd.
