Hello f23948 and welcome to the forums.

* What type of crash are you getting? (ie Blue Screen, Crash to Desktop)

* Have you patched the game with the latest patch?  found here

* Do you have proper updated video drivers?

Looking at your crash logs nvd3dum.dll is listed as the fault name. This relates to your graphics driver or DirectX. Try to uninstall and re-install your video drivers.

Also, do you have any third party video card overclocking/monitoring software on your computer? (ie EVGA precision)

i downloaded the patch and i got this message: "The setup has detected that no version of RigNRoll is installed. The update requires a previous version of the game to be installed. Setup cannot continue.", 3 weeks ago, i tried update the video card and it still crashes and it went back to desktop without BSOD.

Sometimes Patches when you download them have to be in the same folder and executed. I have had the same issue with IL2 Pacific Fighters When It came out and needed to be patched the first time around. Moved the patch from my download folder to the game folder and it worked fine.

Also, Try to run the Executable as administrator, This may help.

Do you have any video overclocking/monitoring software running?

I would not rule out a conflict with something else running on the system.

Try disabling all startup items through msconfig. See if that stops the crashing.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for your graphics card from nVidia?

I would try this option and see if error returns once you have rolled back.

Driver Rollback/Removal Instructions
