Video downloader software

Hello Everyone,

Anyone has an idea about free softwares for video downloader?

I did a Google search and found some. I downloaded freemake video downloader but it was full of malware.
I've realplayer but the problem realplayer tab doesn't download video streaming from all sites. For some sites the realplayer downloader tab appears when you click it, it tells unable to download.

I'm looking for software which has similar functionality to Internet download manager.
The cool thing about IDM the downloader tab auto populates at any site when you stream videos and you can download.

Freemake video downloader is a great choice. It is not malicious at all. I use it and am a happy user
