Try this f23948 First run Ccleaner and remove all History, all cookies,clear  cach  empty all temp folders. And then reset your router. Try that f23948. If that doesn't work try the link.

Yeah it looks like a scam site. The URL which you block should indicate it's a scam site.

This is what I use to determine if a site is safe. I checked it as you can see. If you have a better way please let me know.

I would like to point out that the security setup that you have on y our system, based on the screenshot you provided, isn't the sort of setup I would recommend to anyone

Please use just one real-time antimalware in your system. Use of multiple security software that work in real-time, could cause serious issues

What is my security setup partha? I do use something like Wot. I double check every thing.
