Windows Has Detected an IP Address conflick

What does this mean? I got 3 devices on the network My laptop which which connected via wifi my desktop computer which is connected via LAN and android phone which also connected via wifi and every time i connect them in one time im getting this message in one of my computers??

its mean you have the same IP Address on more then one devices

  • Switch your computers off. 
  • Turn your router/modem off. 
  • Unplug your router/modem and all cables from the wall. 
  • Wait 60 seconds. 
  • Plug your router/modem back in and turn on. (wait until lights go solid or router is fully booted)
  • Switch one computer on (doesn't matter which).

It means that two or more devices in the same network are assigned the same IP by the router; it can happen when one device goes to sleep, and the router releases its IP for use by another device. Just restart the router and it should be resolved
