You're welcome. Clean boot would be the easiest way to identify if any startup item or any other processes are causing this

so i can temporary disable all services (except of microsoft services), all startups, then restart my pc?

i have tried a clean boot, but it shows same herdProtect scanned results

Do you still have AVG or Avast on your system?

i switched to AVG then i switched back to Avast

Try this uninstall Avast. Start Windows Defender. Run Norton power eraser. Then run Disk cleanup. See if that helps. If it doesn't you can reinstall Avast. OK?
