i have downloaded MVPS hosts file, i have read the readme file, i would like to know that's how i do this?
i have deleted my previous post to avoid cross posting

From the link you gave us, it seems you have done it correctly, after you right clicked the batch file and clicked Run as Administrator, did the batch file tell you the MVPS hosts file is now updated, if yes, you have done the steps correctly!
